This roadway improvement project will enhance the safety along Tesla Road.
The improvements include new guardrails, embankments, shoulders, and height adjustment of existing metal rail elements.

The Project consists of providing construction area signs; providing and implementing a traffic control plan; providing and implementing a water pollution control plan; notifying and coordinating with utility companies and property owners; clearing and grubbing; removing existing guardrails; constructing new embankments; installing aggregate base shoulders at all guardrail locations; installing new Midwest Guardrail System, End Anchor Assembly (Type SFT), and Caltrans Approved 31In-Line Terminal System End Treatments; adjusting the height of metal rail elements of existing guardrails; and cleaning of the site at the end of the job.
