1515 South Van Ness is the ground-up construction of a nine-story 195,290 square foot, affordable housing with 120 apartment units.

The ground floor will include a community room, laundry room, co-working space, computer labs, and daycare facility. Additional residential amenities will include bicycle parking, a terrace, and an additional laundry room on the roof.

1515 South Van Ness is being designed by David Baker Architects in collaboration with Y.A. Studio.

Chinatown Community Development Center (CCDC) and Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA) are co-developing and operating the project.

1515 South Van Ness is a joint venture partnership between Guzman Construction Group and Marinship Development Interest.

The project is currently in pre-construction.
